Hi — I'm Anthony Anderson. I started Unity by Design because NW Ohio's owner-operated businesses deserve better than a 1-800 number and a generic handbook template.
Most of my career has been in recruiting — high-volume, healthcare-tech, everything from front-line techs to engineering leadership at FinThrive. I've sat on both sides of the table: the desperate hiring manager, and the frustrated candidate.
In parallel I've been building AI-assisted recruiting tools that source, screen, and score candidates faster than a traditional agency. Unity by Design is what happens when you point those tools at NW Ohio's small-business hiring problem — and pair them with a single accountable human.
I grew up here. My clients are my neighbors, my barber, the contractor who built my fence. That changes how I work.
