Services & pricing
What it costs. What's included. No quotes-on-request.
Everything starts with the audit: a fixed fee, a defined scope, and a written report you keep either way. If ongoing help makes sense after that, the retainers are below.

After the audit
If you want us to stay on, this is what it costs.
Most audits surface more than a one-time fix. When they do, a monthly retainer picks up where the report leaves off. No pressure — the report is yours either way.

What's not included, ever
We stay in our lane on purpose.
We don't do payroll, sell benefits, or give legal advice. We refer you to the best in town for those. This keeps your liability clean and our scope focused.
Questions
Common ones.
- How long is the contract?
- The audit is a one-time fixed fee — no contract at all. Retainers are a three-month minimum, then month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
- What don't you do?
- Payroll, benefits brokerage, and legal advice. We refer those to trusted partners.
- Can you handle a single project instead of a retainer?
- Yes. Pick from the project menu on the pricing page. Most clients start with the audit or a handbook.
- Are you a law firm?
- No. We're experienced HR operators. For employment-law questions we loop in counsel.
